Why $69 and $99?

Centrix One is a premium business operating system, not cheap AI. The price reflects business value, simplicity and execution. HighLevel's own Agency Unlimited is $297/month, which Centrix packages and resells behind a simpler, more focused product.

Is the 7-day trial unlimited?

No. The trial should be generous enough to demonstrate value but capped so uncontrolled voice, model, messaging and third-party usage cannot create unexpected costs.

Will there be extra charges?

Some expensive capabilities — image and video generation, voice, SMS and other metered services — are controlled with simple credits. Centrix shows your remaining credits clearly and never hides provider costs in the base price.

What happens to founding customers?

The commercial recommendation is to give founding customers a clearly defined price-protection window, such as 12 months, while the product and usage economics mature.
