Overview

X Centrix AI operates Centrix One. This policy explains the information collected through the current website, authentication system, business workspaces and Founding Waitlist.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, workspace and membership information, governed proposal records, approval history, and information submitted through the Founding Waitlist. We do not treat a waitlist submission alone as marketing consent.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the current service, maintain tenant-separated workspaces, operate governed approval records, respond to applicants and improve Centrix One. Marketing communication is limited to applicants who explicitly consent.

Service providers and retention

Approved infrastructure and communication providers may process information only for the relevant service. Information is retained for legitimate operational, security and legal purposes and reviewed as the product develops.

Optional Michelle memory

When you talk to Michelle on the public website, your conversation stays in your browser session by default and is not saved. Michelle may offer to remember your business context (such as your name, business name, industry, main goal and trial interest) so your Centrix One trial can start with that context already in place. Saving only happens after you actively choose “Let Michelle remember this”. You can always choose “Continue without saving” and keep using Michelle normally.

Saved memory is limited to the minimum useful visitor profile and a concise, sanitised summary of the conversation. We do not store raw audio, passwords, payment information, private business files or sensitive personal information. Sanitised, anonymised summaries may become candidates for improving Michelle’s approved knowledge, and only the Centrix team can approve a candidate after review.

Changes

This policy may be updated as new Centrix One capabilities are activated. Material changes will be reflected on this page before the relevant feature is represented as live.
